Growth Mom is a marketing analytics platform designed for founders and creators to track content performance and revenue attribution. By using Growth Mom, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use Growth Mom, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Service Description

Growth Mom provides:

Integration with Google Analytics (read-only access) to display traffic metrics
Integration with Stripe (read-only access) to display revenue data
Content attribution tracking via UTM parameters
Marketing opportunity monitoring
Content planning and management tools

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google Analytics, Stripe), you authorize Growth Mom to access your data from these services in read-only mode. We do not modify any data in your connected accounts. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your dashboard.

5. Free Onboarding & Subscriptions

New users receive free onboarding to set up their account and integrations. A paid subscription is required for full access to the service. If you do not subscribe, your data will be deleted within 30 days after account inactivity.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or exploit the service
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the service

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Growth Mom. We do not claim ownership of your content, analytics data, or any information from your connected accounts.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss from third-party service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

Growth Mom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
